Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter focused on Security to drive the full life cycle of recruiting for mission-critical roles in Hawthorne, CA. You will partner with IT, InfoSec, and other functions to attract top talent, screen candidates, and guide them through interviews and offers.

You will work on onsite, high-velocity hiring, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and help shape SpaceX’s security talent strategy while representing the SpaceX brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruitment experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting processes and data-driven decision making.
• Experience recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, EHS, construction or physical security.
• Experience with in-house recruitment and full life cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates and source qualified applicants for requisitions.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top options for interviews.
• Provide candidate tours and coordinate the interview experience onsite.
• Assist with offers, background checks, and extending offers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth process from sourcing to closing.
• Work with hiring managers and leaders to drive timely decisions.
• Leverage data to improve recruiting strategies and outcomes.
