Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full recruiting life cycle for multiple mission-critical roles in Hawthorne, CA. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent as the first SpaceX contact for candidates, while collaborating with client groups and maintaining SpaceX standards.

You will manage high-volume pipelines, conduct interviews with engineering candidates, coordinate offers and background checks, and contribute to a fast-paced, autonomy-driven team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
