Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive full-desk recruitment for mission-critical roles. You will partner with engineering and programs, manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent.

The role requires collaboration, initiative, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You will work with hiring managers to discuss headcount, source candidates who may not be actively seeking opportunities, and coordinate tours and interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full-time and pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and hiring strategy.
• Screen candidates and source top talent for requisitions.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend interviewees.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews and participate in interviews.
• Assist with offers, background checks, and extending offer letters.
