Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to own a full desk, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding top talent for mission critical roles. You will partner with client groups, build pipelines, and drive the candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

This on-site role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong technical sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment within SpaceX’s rigorous culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years recruiting experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with high volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
• Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Ability to evaluate and report recruiting data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to discuss headcount, requisitions, and interview feedback.
• Screen, source, and interview candidates; manage onboarding for SpaceX roles.
• Attend interviews with hiring teams and extend offers after approval.
• Coordinate background checks and offer packages.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and arrange candidate tours.
