This temporary, potentially permanent position is hybrid (Tues-Thurs on-site) in Mountain View, CA, ideal for building strong partnerships with hiring leaders in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities include screening, sourcing, offering, and driving data-driven hiring decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a tech-driven or high-growth environment.
• Proven success recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, talent markets, and sourcing strategies.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team structures, and talent requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain pipelines of technical talent through innovative sourcing methods.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate and guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop competitive offers and support hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance recruiting effectiveness and talent acquisition strategies.
