Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC seeks a Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for software engineering and other technical roles. This temporary, potentially permanent position is hybrid (Tues-Thurs on-site) in Mountain View, CA, ideal for building strong partnerships with hiring leaders in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a tech-driven or high-growth environment.
• Proven success recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, talent markets, and sourcing strategies.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay

$60 - $70/hr
