This hybrid role requires reliable commuting three days per week and offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission, plus benefits and access to leading recruiting technology. You will partner with clients to deliver top IT talent and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent staffing agency or internal recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting technical professionals.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers through acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to deliver top talent.
• Utilize Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered recruiting tools, and modern sourcing platforms.
