Job summary

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, build candidate pipelines, and support offer negotiations while collaborating with HR, compensation, and People Operations to drive DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and make informed recommendations.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, employment laws, and staffing systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles and business groups.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and talent engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Screen, assess, and guide candidates through the interview process.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare candidate packets and ensure interview feedback aligns with role qualifications.
• Support offer management, negotiations, and internal mobility processes.
• Drive process improvements and support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Compensation, and People Operations teams.
