Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing pipelines for software engineering roles.
• Craft and execute personalized outreach campaigns to passive candidates.
• Conduct in-depth phone screens to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements and search strategy.
• Build talent maps and competitive intelligence on target companies/talent pools.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
