Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency roles supporting large enterprise clients.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM systems.
• Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions.
• Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence.
• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization with executives and senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, collaborative approach to shifting priorities across business units.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple IT, Technology, and Digital teams.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines by mapping the market and engaging passive talent prior to requisitions.
• Manage recruiting volume for multiple openings, averaging 15 to 25 active requisitions.
• Partner with department leaders, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to confirm hiring needs and pipeline plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Provide a strong candidate experience with timely, thoughtful communication at each stage.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools for data integrity and reporting.
• Provide flexible support to other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple teams within IT, Technology, and Digital organizations.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines by proactively mapping the market and engaging passive talent before requisitions open.
• Manage recruiting volume for multiple simultaneous openings, with average 15 to 25 active requisitions, adjusting approach based on role complexity and business priority.
• Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to confirm hiring needs and create proactive pipeline plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Support a strong candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication at each stage of the process.

Required Qualifications
