Job summary

AutoNation, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking a contract IT Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team at the Fort Lauderdale HQ. You will own full-cycle recruiting for IT, Technology, and Digital roles in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will manage 15–20 open requisitions, partner with leaders and HR Business Partners, build proactive pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining data integrity in Workday and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience recruiting for IT/tech and corporate roles.
• Proven ability to manage high requisition volume with quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across IT, technology, and digital teams.
• Manage 15–20 open requisitions simultaneously.
• Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor—offering market insights, compensation benchmarking, and consultative guidance.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools to support data integrity and reporting.
• Flex support across other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency supporting large enterprise clients.
• Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions.
• Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence.
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
• Comfort in a matrixed organization with experience engaging executives and senior business leaders.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), and CRMs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to support other business units as priorities shift.
