Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Contract IT / Technical Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across IT, Technology, and Digital teams onsite in Tennessee. You will build and maintain robust talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with senior leaders to align hiring needs with business priorities.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, advanced sourcing strategies, and data-driven recruiting in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency roles supporting large enterprise clients.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM systems.
• Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions.
• Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence.
• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization with executives and senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, collaborative approach to shifting priorities across business units.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple IT, Technology, and Digital teams.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines by mapping the market and engaging passive talent prior to requisitions.
• Manage recruiting volume for multiple openings, averaging 15 to 25 active requisitions.
• Partner with department leaders, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to confirm hiring needs and pipeline plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Provide a strong candidate experience with timely, thoughtful communication at each stage.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools for data integrity and reporting.
• Provide flexible support to other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as needed.
