Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Contract IT / Technical Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across IT, Technology, and Digital teams, build proactive talent pipelines, and partner with leaders to fill high-volume requisitions with top tech talent.

You will manage 15–25 open roles at a time, use Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning with our corporate goals and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency supporting enterprise clients.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing tools and CRMs.
• Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions.
• Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

We are hiring a Contract IT / Technical Corporate Recruiter** to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity for an experienced technical recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and operates with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
You bring a strong track record of recruiting for specialized technical functions and are comfortable partnering with technical leaders, navigating complex searches, and engaging highly competitive talent. You balance strategic partnership with strong execution across both high-priority and high-volume recruiting needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams within the IT, Technology, and Digital organizations.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines — proactively mapping the market and engaging passive talent before requisitions open, while efficiently managing volume across multiple open roles
• Manage average 15–25 open requisitions at a time, adjusting your approach based on role complexity and business priority.
• Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication at every stage.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools to support data integrity and reporting.
• Flex support across other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency supporting large enterprise clients.
• Experience
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), and CRMs.
• Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions.
• Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence.
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
• Comfort in a matrixed organization with experience engaging executives and senior business leaders.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to support other business units as priorities shift.
