Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a contract-based IT Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This role supports a fast-paced, matrixed environment with high ownership and stakeholder management.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for IT/Technology and work closely with leaders to understand needs, build pipelines, and deliver top talent while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency supporting large enterprise clients.
• Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions.
• Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence.
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
• Comfort in a matrixed organization with experience engaging executives and senior business leaders.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), and CRMs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to support other business units as priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams within IT, Technology, and Digital organizations.
• Manage 15–20 open requisitions at a time, adjusting approach based on role complexity and priority.
• Partner with department leaders, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor—offering market insights, compensation benchmarking, and guidance throughout hiring.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication at every stage.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools to support data integrity and reporting.
• Flex support across other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as needs evolve.
