You will directly source top talent, manage complex hiring across sites, and collaborate closely with engineering leaders on workforce planning.

The role emphasizes strong communication, urgency, and hands-on immigration knowledge to support sponsorships (L-1, E-1, TN, OPT, OPT STEM, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of direct engineering/technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting engineers across multiple sites or states.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. work visa processes and immigration rules.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance.
• Direct source passive engineering talent using Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage multi-site recruiting portfolios and timelines.
• Provide proactive follow-up with hiring managers and candidates.
• Partner with engineering leadership on workforce planning and visa sponsorship.
