Job summary

Advantage Technical is expanding its Vehicle Services Group recruitment team in the US. As a Technical Recruiter, you will connect automotive engineers and technicians with career opportunities, mostly remote with onsite visits as needed.

This salaried role includes unlimited monthly commission potential and collaboration with sales teams to meet hiring goals. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, reference checks, and extend offers while building strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of Engineering/Technician recruiting, ideally automotive.
• Savvy with job boards, advanced search, and Microsoft Office.
• Local to Metro Detroit for occasional onsite visits.
• Energetic, relationship-building self-starter who thrives remotely and loves a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with our sales team and clients to tackle their toughest hiring needs.
• Hunt down, screen, and interview top automotive engineers and technicians.
• Check references and submit polished resumes.
• Schedule interviews and gather feedback.
• Extend offers, celebrate start dates, and make onboarding seamless.
