Bertrandt US Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruiting end-to-end for automotive and engineering roles. You will lead direct sourcing for passive engineering talent and partner with business leaders on workforce planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-site recruiting, conducting technical and behavioral pre-screens, and maintaining proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates. Visa sponsorship support is available as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting engineers/technical professionals.
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state hiring.
• Working knowledge of U.S. work visa processes.
• ATS and CRM proficiency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with disciplined follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across engineering teams.
• Lead direct sourcing for passive engineering talent.
• Manage a multi-site recruiting portfolio with urgency for high-priority requisitions.
• Maintain exceptional communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct technical and behavioral pre-screens.
• Provide proactive follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with engineering leadership on workforce planning.
• Support candidates needing work visa sponsorship (L-1, E-1, TN, OPT, OPT STEM, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with immigration and employment regulations.
• Track recruiting metrics and help drive process improvements.
