Responsibilities include coordinating multi-site recruiting, conducting technical and behavioral pre-screens, and maintaining proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates. Visa sponsorship support is available as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting engineers/technical professionals.
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state hiring.
• Working knowledge of U.S. work visa processes.
• ATS and CRM proficiency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with disciplined follow-through.

What You’ll Do

Own recruiting end-to-end, from intake through offer acceptance, for technical roles across engineering organizations. You will lead direct sourcing for passive engineering talent and maintain a consistent, proactive recruiting cadence to keep candidates and hiring managers aligned.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance
• Direct source passive engineering talent using advanced Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Manage a multi-site recruiting portfolio while operating with urgency for high-priority requisitions
• Maintain exceptional communication with hiring managers and candidates
• Conduct technical and behavioral pre-screens
• Provide consistent, proactive follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Partner with engineering leadership on workforce planning
