Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting at a U.S.-based startup (seed to Series B).
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing multiple U.S. software engineering roles.
• Strong outbound recruiting skills and comfort with AI tools.
• 6-day work week with late India-time hours to overlap with U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing and outbound recruitment for U.S. technical roles.
• Manage candidate communication from outreach to scheduling and pipeline updates.
• Partner with the hiring team to refine sourcing criteria.
• Design and run outbound campaigns via cold email and cold calling.
• Use AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify and prioritize candidates.
• Handle candidate screening and scheduling across U.S. time zones.
