Job summary

Hyphenate, a New York-based startup building AI agents that automate finance and accounting workflows, seeks a recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing for U.S. technical roles. You will design outbound campaigns, manage candidate communication, and partner with the hiring team to refine sourcing criteria across the U.S.

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting at a U.S.-based startup (seed to Series B).
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing multiple U.S. software engineering roles.
• Strong outbound recruiting skills and comfort with AI tools.
• 6-day work week with late India-time hours to overlap with U.S. business hours.
