Job summary

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding, partnering with account managers and hiring stakeholders to deliver qualified talent. This role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience in tech, strong sourcing skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT/AI staffing.
• Proven track record placing tech professionals in contract/staff augmentation.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based tech roles from intake through onboarding.
• Conduct intake with account managers to clarify requirements and compensation.
• Source active and passive candidates via networks, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, location, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate submissions with clients; gather feedback.
