The role is remote, based in India, supporting a U.S. hiring team. Expect a six-day work week with late IST hours to align with U.S. business hours, and flexibility on hours with the Head of Talent.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-growing US-based startup (seed through Series B).
• Startup experience must be from a product company — SaaS, AI agents, or enterprise software.
• Track record of sourcing and closing multiple US-based software engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing and outbound recruitment for US-based software engineering and technical roles.
• Design and run outbound campaigns — cold emails and cold calls — to build pipelines.
• Use AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify, enrich, and prioritize candidate lists.
• Manage candidate communication end-to-end: outreach, screening, scheduling, pipeline updates.
• Partner with the hiring team to refine criteria based on market feedback.
