CapTech Consulting is hiring a Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for technology-focused roles, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Practice Leads, and service lines to hire top talent. The role emphasizes sourcing passive candidates, crafting effective recruiting strategies, and maintaining a strong CapTech brand across channels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in tech recruiting, experience in consulting or staffing, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software engineering, data engineering, management consultant roles preferred).
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain a candidate pipeline and brand.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire top talent.
• Create recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants.
• Source and engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools to create search strings and job descriptions.
• Build relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story.
• Qualify candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support internal recruiting initiatives and document thoroughly in the ATS.
