Job summary

CapTech Consulting, a national IT management consulting firm, seeks a Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for technology roles. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Practice Leads, and service lines to hire top consultants while building a pipeline and enhancing CapTech’s brand.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technology recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting software engineering, data engineering, or management consulting roles.
• 2+ years in consulting or staffing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Docusign, and other sourcing platforms.
• AI-forward mindset with tools such as Co-pilot and LinkedIn AI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire top talent.
• Create recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of consultants.
• Source and engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools to craft search strings and descriptions.
• Build relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story.
• Qualify candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Support internal recruiting initiatives and brand-building efforts.
• Utilize SmartRecruiters ATS to move candidates through the process with thorough notes and feedback.
