Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own and drive full-cycle recruiting for technology roles across the United States, including Richmond, VA. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, service line leads, and practice leads to hire top consultants and build CapTech's brand.

You will source passive talent through multiple channels, leverage AI tools, maintain strong candidate relationships, and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software engineering, data engineering, management consultant roles preferred).
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry is preferred.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and great relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Prior experience building and maintaining a pipeline of top-performing consultants.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire top talent.
• Create recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants.
• Creatively source and engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools to create search strings and descriptions.
• Build relationships with candidates and present the CapTech story to attract top talent.
• Qualify candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support internal recruiting initiatives and drive a positive CapTech brand.
