CapTech is seeking a Technical Recruiter in the Charlotte, NC area to own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Practice Leads, and service lines to attract top consultants, build pipelines, and deliver a superior candidate experience.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and AI tools is preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration, process documentation, and a responsive approach in a fast-paced environment within CapTech's hybrid

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of top consultants
• Experience with recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
• AI-forward mindset using tools like Co-pilot/Co-work/LinkedIn AI tools

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Practice Leads to hire top talent
• Create recruiting strategies to build a strong consultant pipeline
• Source and engage passive talent across multiple channels using AI tools
• Build relationships with candidates and ensure a great experience
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation throughout the process
• Support internal recruiting initiatives
