Job summary

CapTech Consulting in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for technology roles. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Practice Leads, and project teams to attract top consultants and build the CapTech brand.

You’ll source creatively using multiple channels and AI tools, qualify candidates, and provide an excellent experience from sourcing to offer. A bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years in tech recruiting are required; experience with LinkedIn

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruiting with tech focus (software, data, consulting roles)
• 2+ years in consulting or staffing preferred
• Collaborative team player with strong relationship skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Experience building and maintaining a pipeline of consultants
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, DocuSign, and sourcing platforms
• AI-forward mindset; experience with LinkedIn tools (Co-pilot/Co-work)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire the best talent
• Create recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants who can build the CapTech brand
• Creatively source and engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools to create search strings, job descriptions etc.
• Build relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story
• Qualify potential candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
• Focus on building out the CapTech brand to attract and nurture future candidates
• Support internal recruiting initiatives
• Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to drive candidates through the process; ensuring there is a focus on detailed notes, feedback, and documentation
