CapTech is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Reston, VA to lead full-cycle recruiting for technology roles. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Practice Leads, and project teams to build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver top talent for client engagements.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted sourcing, relationship building, and a strategic approach to branding CapTech as an employer of choice. CapTech offers hybrid options, generous benefits, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software engineering, data engineering, management consultant roles preferred).
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry is preferred.
• Collaborative team player with positive attitude and great at building relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand the needs of the business.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; prior experience building pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire the best talent.
• Create recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants.
• Creatively source and engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools to create search strings, job descriptions etc.
• Build relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story.
• Qualify potential candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process.
• Focus on building out the CapTech brand to attract and nurture future candidates.
• Support internal recruiting initiatives.
• Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to drive candidates through the process; ensuring there is a focus on detailed notes, feedback, and documentation
