Job summary

ProspexCRM in Egypt is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for Engineering, IT, Operations and related roles. You will manage sourcing, interviewing and onboarding to build a strong talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in recruitment, ATS proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to partner with hiring managers. You will use data-driven methods to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

ProspexCRM is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on hiring top talent for Engineering, IT, Operations, and other specialized positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and placing high-caliber professionals in technical and operational roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Engineering, IT, Operations, and other specialized roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
• Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Partner with internal teams to create and implement strategies to promote employer branding and improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Engineering, IT, Operations or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific hiring practices.
