Job summary

ProspexCRM in Egypt is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for Engineering, IT, Operations and related roles. You will manage sourcing, interviewing and onboarding to build a strong talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in recruitment, ATS proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to partner with hiring managers. You will use data-driven methods to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in technical/operational fields.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring practices.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, IT, Operations and specialized roles.
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline via sourcing, social media and events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and teams.
• Screen candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Use data-driven approaches to track metrics and hire efficiently.
• Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends to attract top talent.
