Autonomize AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale its engineering and AI hiring from its Austin HQ. You will own recruiting for high-impact technical positions, build strong pipelines, and ensure candidates have a consistent, high-quality experience while using recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Autonomize AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale its engineering and AI hiring from its Austin HQ. In this full-cycle role, you will own recruiting for high-impact technical positions, build strong pipelines, and ensure candidates have a consistent, high-quality experience while using recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Role focus

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for key technical roles, including Full Stack Engineers, ML Engineers, DevOps & QA Engineers, and other technical hiring needs that arise as the company grows. The position centers on sourcing, pipeline development, interview coordination, and transparent offer processes, all while partnering with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting strategy with hiring priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key technical roles, including Full Stack Engineers, ML Engineers, DevOps & QA Engineers, and additional technical requirements as the team expands.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities and shape recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline using creative sourcing and networking across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional communities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Autonomize AI’s mission and culture.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and handle offer negotiations efficiently and transparently.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments.
• Proven success hiring across software engineering, AI, and data-related roles.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks, modern development practices, and AI/ML talent markets.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• High ownership, adaptability, and a passion for building great teams.
