Job summary

Autonomize AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale its engineering and AI hiring from its Austin HQ. You will own recruiting for high-impact technical positions, build strong pipelines, and ensure candidates have a consistent, high-quality experience while using recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for key technical roles, including Full Stack Engineers, ML Engineers, DevOps & QA Engineers, and other technical hiring needs that arise as

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring software, AI, and data roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML talent markets.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ownership mindset with adaptability to scale hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for key technical roles including software, AI and data positions.
• Build and maintain strong, diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
