Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will coordinate multiple engineering teams, build integrated schedules, remove blockers, and report status with a focus on delivering high-quality products.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years TPM/Scrum Master experience, a BS in IS/Analytics/Engineering, strong Jira skills, and proven ability to drive cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in cross-functional programs.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams and data-focused initiatives.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features and capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end activities, build integrated schedules, and report program status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog prioritization and dependency resolution.
• Help balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse disciplines.
