Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major commercial automotive entertainment client. You will coordinate multiple engineering teams, manage schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications to deliver high-quality features.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, TPM best practices, and collaboration across data engineering, analytics, and AI teams. A PMP/Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency and experience with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience performing TPM best practices (schedule, risk, status).
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals effectively.
• Experience with automation/AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities, build integrated schedules, remove blockers, and report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Help teams balance scope, timeline, and quality based on priorities.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus across stakeholders.
