Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will coordinate across ML, data engineering, analytics teams and serve as TPM authority to deliver high-quality features on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML or DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: schedule development, risk management, status reporting.
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies; process adherence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams, with a composed presence and business acumen.
• Experience with automation/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Preferred PMP or Scrum Master certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure on-time delivery and build integrated schedules.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus among stakeholders.
