Benshaw, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Project Management and Sales teams on engineering and manufacturing projects.

This role focuses on coordinating documentation, tracking timelines, and communicating with customers to keep projects moving smoothly from order entry through execution. The Project Coordinator will act as a primary liaison between Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and customers, driving accuracy, efficiency, and a superior

Formación

• 2+ years of project coordination or related operational support experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and project tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and Sales across multiple projects.
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and documentation in ERP/CRM systems.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines; escalate risks as needed.
• Support order processing, contract documentation, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and prepare status reports for leadership.
