Job summary

Hebeler-Howard Marten Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator in Tonawanda, NY to support the Project Management team from order receipt through shipment. You will assist with project planning, documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Shipping.

The role offers weekday hours, some remote work, and opportunities to develop project management and technical expertise within a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; Bachelor’s considered an asset.
• 1–3 years of project coordination, manufacturing, or engineering support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with coordination and execution of customer projects.
• Review orders, specifications, and drawings to support planning and execution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure communication of requirements.
• Track milestones and provide schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and Shipping.
• Identify issues, risks, and schedule impacts and elevate accordingly.
• Assist with customer communications and documentation submissions.
• Create and maintain project data in the ERP system.
