Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Houston, TX is seeking an Experienced Production Coordinator to help the production department meet quality assurance goals and ensure delivery schedules are completed on time, by coordinating with manufacturing teams, monitoring work-in-progress, and maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality and Shipping to expedite products through the manufacturing organization, verify Mill Test Reports (MTRs) for each product,

Responsibilities

• Ensure the production department meets its quality assurance goals and delivery schedules are completed on time
• Work with Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality and Shipping to expedite products through the manufacturing organization, ensuring shipments are completed on time and within specifications
• Verification of Mill Test Reports (MTRs) for each product pulled
• Assist with producing drawings that are used to manufacture parts
• Create Routing operations to ensure components meet drawing requirements
• Coordinate work scope of project throughout the beginning of manufacturing and finalizing with completed product
• Closeout job routers, sort documentation and deliver to correct departments
• All other duties as assigned by management
