Job summary

Bachmann Chemical & Engineering seeks a results-driven Project Coordinator to support Production, Engineering and Sales from concept to commercialization. You will track deliverables, manage schedules, and document processes across multiple active projects and purchase orders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining robust documentation through Engineering Change processes while leveraging ERP systems and cross-functional teamwork to meet

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience with project management.
• BS/technical degree in Supply Chain or Operations.
• Project management and enterprise software proficiency.
• Exposure to UV light, adhesives, chemicals.
• Independent and team worker with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Manage supply chain and vendor system; solicit quotes and track budgets.
• Support legacy portfolios and new designs through design changes and EC processes.
• Use GlobalShop ERP to manage POs, SOs, schedules, BOMs and routers.
• Document project requirements and timelines and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide insight on assemblies by reviewing drawings and specs with vendors.
