Job summary

CoreWeave is the essential cloud for AI, enabling innovators to build and scale with confidence. This role leads the Product Engineering organization, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations to ensure scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and exceptional performance.

Reports to the VP of Engineering Operations. You will own the end-to-end product operations engine, drive NPI readiness across launches, and partner with Production Engineering on SLOs/SLIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure as a service.
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Build and run the end-to-end product operations engine: intake to launch to post-GA.
• Operationalize the NPI readiness framework across launches with Go/No-Go and risk tracking.
• Drive cross-functional launch execution for Compute, Storage, Networking, and Managed Services.
• Define and instrument product health metrics and dashboards and inform roadmap priorities.
