Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies division is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to translate defense requirements into turnkey, system-level specifications and operator-friendly experiences. You’ll own end-to-end performance, throughput, latency, and trade-offs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and other integrated portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience within the defense, aerospace, or wireless communications industries.
• Strong working knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, software-defined radios (SDRs), mesh networking, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level military or tactical use cases into logical and structured technical requirements.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional engineering, operations, and sales teams without direct authority to meet rigid release dates.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering: Translating high-level mission capabilities into granular, software user stories and hardware/sensor configurations.
• Turnkey Solutions Integration (PRISM & NEXUS): Defining end-to-end performance specifications and system-level trade-offs for Integrated Solutions such as PRISM, AIRS and NEXUS.
• Engineering Liaison: Collaborating closely with hardware and software engineering teams to leverage existing radios and modules into seamless turnkey systems.
• Sprint & Backlog Ownership: Managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for specialized integrated solutions features, platform firmware builds, and turnkey system updates.
• Scope & Trade-off Analysis: Conducting technical analysis of customer feature requests, evaluating engineering timelines, and establishing scope boundaries.
• Integrated Portfolio Lifecycle Management: Overseeing technical lifecycle and release schedules of the PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future integrated solutions.
• Post-launch Performance: Responsible for product adoption and collaborating with sales to generate interest and revenue growth.
