Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a highly capable Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive technical requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for Integrated Solutions. The role reports to the Director of Product Management and focuses on translating defense requirements into turnkey, system‑level specifications.

You will define throughput KPIs, latency, and trade‑offs for PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS, bridging R&D with field deployments across terrestrial, aerial, and maritime platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, and mesh networking.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a SECRET clearance within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular requirements.
• Define end-to-end performance specs and trade-offs for integrated solutions.
• Engage with customers to evolve Integrated Solutions and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to deliver turnkey systems.
• Manage sprint planning, backlogs, and release cadences for features.
