Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for turnkey integrated packages. You will own system-level specs, throughput KPIs, latency budgets, and trade-offs, collaborating across R&D, operations, and sales.

You will oversee PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future solutions, bridging defense integration with engineering execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, CS, RF Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless industries.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• U.S. Citizen required; background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specifications for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and related turnkey solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering to leverage radios into turnkey systems.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions.
