Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for our Integrated Solutions portfolio. This role focuses on translating defense requirements into turnkey, system-level specifications and intuitive operator experiences, bridging R&D with field deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• All employment contingent upon successful background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specs and system-level trade-offs for Integrated Solutions like PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to leverage radios/modules into turnkey systems.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features.
• Analyze customer feature requests and balance timelines with field expectations.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules of PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future integrated solutions.
• Capture customer and field feedback to drive product updates and adoption.
• Travel up to 25% to support field testing and customer engagements.
