Job summary

Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive technical requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth of the portfolio. The role reports to the Director of Product Management and focuses on translating defense requirements into turnkey, system-level specifications and operator-friendly experiences.

The TPM will bridge tactical integration needs with engineering execution, guide NPI for core radios, and own performance

Qualifications

• Requires deep understanding of tactical RF networks and systems engineering.
• Experience translating defense requirements into turnkey solutions and system-level specs.
• Ability to own end-to-end performance, latency, and throughput trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into actionable software and hardware requirements.
• Define end-to-end performance specs for integrated solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to build turnkey systems.
• Manage backlog and release cadences for integrated features and platforms.
