Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking aTechnical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue for the Integrated Solutions portfolio. This role covers system-level integration, turnkey configurations, and collaboration across R&D, engineering, and GTM teams.

Based in Irvine, CA with a hybrid schedule and potential 100% remote work depending on location; travel up to 25–50% supported for field testing, customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical discipline.
• US citizen; ability to obtain security clearance.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software and hardware requirements.
• Define end-to-end performance specs for integrated solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to turn radios/modules into turnkey systems.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
• Analyze customer feature requests, assess timelines, and set scope boundaries.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future solutions.
• Drive product adoption and revenue growth through cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Applications Engineering on feedback and priorities.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer engagements.
