Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive system-level requirements and turnkey productization of PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS. You will own technical specs, throughput KPIs, latency, and trade-offs for field-ready configurations.

You will bridge R&D and GTM teams, own the agile backlog, and travel up to 25–50% to support field testing and customer integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission capabilities into granular technical requirements and user stories.
• Define end-to-end performance specs and system-level trade-offs for Integrated Solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to leverage radios and modules into turnkey systems.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
