Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to lead governance, investment strategy, and a tech roadmap for talent technology. You will align strategy with user needs, manage Client Zero initiatives, and connect demand with investment choices to deliver measurable business value.

You will collaborate with enterprise technology and product managers, guiding discovery, delivery, and adoption across a portfolio while ensuring risk management and governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and cross-functional accountability
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilots or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement, and enterprise scale
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, guiding discovery, and coordinating delivery across business and technical teams
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies and the use of ServiceNow or similar platforms preferred
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security, privacy, and platform lifecycle practices
• Strong analytical and financial judgment and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk, cost, and value.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, launch readiness, and reviews with delivery partners.
