Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to advance a product-led talent technology organization. You will shape governance, investment strategy, technical roadmap, and operating disciplines to manage a large portfolio while leading Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and delivery.

The role involves aligning intake, demand, and investments with roadmap sequencing, delivery capacity, adoption, and measurable business outcomes across the enterprise technology

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management and HR or talent tech.
• Proven ability to mature a product organization with governance and lifecycle practices.
• Experience defining tech investment strategy and roadmaps.
• Leadership of Client Zero, pilot programs, and enterprise-scale adoption.
• Experience managing roadmaps, discovery, and coordinating delivery across teams.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms, service-delivery tech, or similar.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment; bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, and value.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, cost, risk, and architecture.
• Establish governance, forums, and decision rights across the portfolio.
• Track adoption, quality, reliability, and realized value to guide scaling or retirement.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, and testing with partners.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case through enterprise-scale readiness.
