Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to lead the governance, strategy, and delivery of talent technology in a global, enterprise-scale context. You will shape roadmaps, manage investment decisions, and drive Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy with user needs and technical delivery.

You will partner across teams to ensure disciplined intake, preference setting, and measurable outcomes, while advancing adoption, risk management and value realization in a complex talent

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting
• Proven success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and lifecycle practices
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation and scale
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating business needs into implementable requirements
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies preferred
• Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, testing, release management, and platform lifecycle practices
• Strong analytical and financial judgment with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap
• Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, technical debt, risk, cost and value
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing user value, strategic alignment, feasibility, effort, cost, risk, architectural fit and outcomes
• Establish product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership, documentation and escalation paths
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, efficiency, cost, risk and value realization with evidence for scaling, consolidation or retirement decisions
• Align talent leaders, users, product managers, technical teams, vendors and partners on outcomes, requirements, constraints, quality expectations and commitments
• Partner with Demand Management to assess ideas, enhancements, integrations, defects and modernization opportunities
• Translate validated needs into business cases, processes, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, launch readiness and post-launch reviews
